an "extra" mail is sub mail from your primary account. but since you said you have 3 different yahoo email accounts, then these 3 accounts have no connection to each other. and to delete accounts which you don't like to use, sign in first and click this link to delete https://edit.yahoo.com/config/delete_user
pass to the yahoo homestead website scroll right down to the backside of the website click on "privateness coverage" the privateness website comes up seem in the blue field on the left of the show there's a factor stated as tips click on "touch us" the privateness coverage help website comes up click on "Delete your account" stick to the instructions you're out!

I don;'t believe you can actually "delete them"
You just let them go "inactive".
This happens automatically, if you don't sign in for 90 or 120 days!
