i am 100% lesbian... and i have had a sexual dream about a guy once. i think most times dreams are just random. so yes... it's possible.
I'm asexual, and I've never had a sexual dream before. But thats just me. I've heard people on asexual forums mention that they had dreams before, but it doesn't mean anything. Straight people can have gay dreams and vice versa, but it doesn't mean their gay. Its just something that happens.
Also, its common for asexuals to feel "aesthetic" attraction, but not sexual attraction, i.e, they don't want to jerk off to that person or fantasize about them.
