Developing diabetes during pregnancy!?
Im 35 weeks pregnant and last week i was told i had high glucose in my urine and im goin back to have another test this thusday! They said it could be diabetes, apparently its common during pregnancy! Im really hoping its not diabetes so fingers crossed! My question is, if u do develop it during pregnancy do they induce you early or do you carry on like normal? Ive had no information on this so i dont know what happens! Please help x

when i was told i had gestational diabetes i was around 30 weeks and tried to control it with diet but it didn't work so went on insulin once a day and was due to be induced at 38 weeks, but as your 35 weeks already they may just monitor you more for the next few weeks to see how big the baby is getting and if they feel he/she is the right weight etc may let you go all the way to full tearm, or like me induce you at 38/39 weeks, as its the last few weeks that the baby puts on most of there weight, may add also that my daughters weight was only 7lb 1oz when she was born and the diabetes didn't affect her but i did have to stay in hospital for few day's longer just to make sure
just to add they do induce you if you have diabetes due to the baby sometimes getting to large

Diabetes, also called diabetes mellitus, has become a very common heath problem. How to reverse diabetes naturally https://tr.im/S4PB1
There are two main types of diabetes- type 1 diabetes in which the body does not produce insulin and type 2 diabetes in which the body does not produce enough insulin or the insulin that is produced does not work properly.
Some of the common symptoms of diabetes include fatigue, weight loss (even though you are eating more), excessive thirst, increased urination, cut and bruises that are slow to heal and blurred vision.
While there is no cure for diabetes, with your blood sugar level under control you can live a totally normal life. There are various natural remedies for diabetes that will help you control your blood sugar level.
Gestational diabetes (diabetes in pregnancy) is fairly common. If you consistently have glucose in your urine then they will send you for a glucose tolerance test, where you will have to drink a sugary drink (usually lucozade) and have a couple of blood tests. If you test negative for gestational diabetes but then have two more samples of urine containing glucose, you'll be sent for the test again.
If you test positive you'll be referred to a specialist to work out a treatment plan. Usually it's easily controlled with diet but for a few insulin is required to control it.
It can cause very large babies if you don't manage it well which can cause problems with the birth but they don't induce because of gestational diabetes. It would mean you'd run the risk of having an assisted delivery though or a c-section when you do go into labour.
