Maxima 2009 or 2009 Acura TL!!!?

I am planing on buying the 2009 Nissan Maxima with Premium Package =)! (in cash) Im also looking at the 2009 Acura TL =) My question is what Package would you get?

My mind is more to the Maxima =D! I love that car, but i would like to hear your guys opinions please =]!

Oh! If you guys have any other info about these cars that i should know please let me know or if you guys have another car in mind that would be better then these two =)!

Oh! An when you buy a car in cash, do you give them a check? Money order? etc...

    Maxima- the interior is really comfortable, and comes with a lot of the same technology/options as the Acura, with a better styling(exterior)

    The Acura is a great car, but that new body style is unforgiveable... the grille looks really cheap, and toy-like.

    You can't lose with either though!

    I too at one point was searching for the answer to this question. I test drove both the 09 Max and 09 TL (top of the lines, of course) and loved both. However, the Acura edges it out. This is coming from someone who owns an 06 Maxima. Take it from someone who has experienced both cars. The TL is the way to go. Which ever you get though, make sure it is TOP OF THE LINE. That’s how the manufacturer intended the car to be so why get a scaled down version. TL w/Tech Package is the way to go.
