There are cramps and water weigh gain and hormonal changes.....and then so many other possible complications and such if u r sexually active or on the pill.....lordy lordy.

It's not complicated at all. You just learn not to make any big decisions 2-3 days before unless you feel the same way for 2-3 months in a row, then it is a true feeling, not some hormonal wolf-woman transformation of the brain.

You get told that these changes occur during adolescence and once your out of this stage and all of a sudden something new springs up, you panic. Of course you'll ask when you don't know (that's the whole point about answers.yahoo.com). It's much more complicated than you could ever imagine.
It's not just bleeding. The whole body is going thru stuff that would make you cringe. Mood swings and sensitive breasts and headaches and migraines and pimples and feeling tired and nausea and craving food and anxiety and depression and muscle pain and joint pain and upset stomachs and bloating and trouble sleeping and trouble concentrating.
Add to that the blood and the smells and the heightened senses.
Lets see you go through that once a month for 3-5 days.
Okay girls, all together now, if it was a male problem you would have all the problems solved after all these years, and childbirth would be painless. I know, I know....... Seems your reading them.
