so i tlk to this guy whom i know well i guess. and i notice he never looks me in the eyes when he tlks to me, just always looks down. why does he do this?
He could be doing that because he's too nervous of looking you in the eye (guys who like girls tend to do that sometimes). Another reason may be because he is just shy to all girls. He also might have heard something bad about you, and doesn't look at you in the same way.
When I was young, I refuse to look people in the eyes, especially @ my opposite sex. It can be a shy issue. WHO KNOWS? perhaps u can ask him? straightforwardness is the key.

hes either into you, or hes really not. it depends on his tone of voice i suppose?
