Def. a scam, they make you jump through lots of hoops and sign up for different promotions with different companies using a credit card and you have to go back and cancel all those or get charged a lot for stuff like movies online and crap.. Don't waste your time..
If you jump through all their hoops, you will get an iPad, but it is cheaper and quicker to just buy one. If you sign up for all their offers and complete their surveys, your phone will be spammed with texts and sales calls, your E-Mail will be spammed, your credit card will be charged for no apparent reason, and you will probably have your identity stolen.
