Zoura event Pokemon HG or SS?

I heard there was a Zoura event but you need a celebi event for that. Is that true. and if it is tell me how you get it or the action replay code for it. Cause I want one.

    its only for the new games pokemon black and white. u need the shiny legendary dogs: raikou, suicune, or Entei. (event) to get zorak, zoura's evolved form. to get Zoura, u need a celebi from an event.

    I think that Zoura is the event Pokemon in the new games Pokemon Black and White.

    There will be a Celebi event in Heart Gold and Soul Silver. One you transfer that Celebi to pokemon Black or White you will trigger an event to get Zorua who will join your team. If you transfer either Raikou, Entei or Suicune over to Black or White you will be able to catch Zoroark.

    The event is only in Pokemon Black and White and you need the event Celebi or event legendary dogs from HGSS or something
