How to brahmacharis control their sexual desire?
Lot of yogis are coming from Himalayas and starting their own foundation advising people to follow spirituality and brahmachariyam, but hw one can still follow brahmachariyam, god created men and women to fullfil eachother desires in all way, by how then spirituality encourages brahmachariyam.

A very interesting question, indeed...
First things first:
1. The ego propels the physical self.
2. Shraddha, Iman (Absolute Faith in God) propels the eternal self.
Early in life one must observe the functioning of these two uniquely separate aspects.
One may often need a Sat-guru or Fully-Realized Being to aid one in this process.
Absolute Faith in God is a necessity whether one is a Yogi, a Sadhu, or a Saint.
One cannot become a Brahmacharya, if one cannot control the "ego".
The "ego" is what controls the sexual desires within human beings.
If one can master the "ego", one can then control the sexual desires thus allowing the possibility of one becoming a Brahmacharya.
*footnote - It is highly possible for one to be a Brahamacharya, and a householder at the same time.
A Sat-guru or Fully Realized Being is the only one that can explain this 'station within life' to a fully devout student!
Peace be always with you.

Salaams,
Well, everything comes with practice.I have thought this for myself and I felt that it is right following Karma Yoga - I decided to have desires but all legitimate desires. So, I will have desires like falling in love with a women but it will be in a legitimate way, no harm or offense done to any individual as such.Same way, I like to have entertainment but again in a legitimate way - For example, doing an activity I like, Running Dancing,Swimming. After all its first important to remain a human before becoming an enlightened individual.Being young, its okay to have desires. Then later on you should not think "I could have done that when I was young"
Even Adi Shankaracharya resorted to Out of Body venture for this issue. If One can control his desire he can command the world because Bhramacharyam combined with siddhi raised the person above the world and at his command.
It is not possible to find a person who is real Bramhachari and those who claim to be sages are different behind the curtain.
Simply, by surrendering everything to Lord, a devotee becomes the master of his or her body, which is used like a chariot under control of the charioteer for the welfare of mankind or just to discharge any unavoidable duty for being a human in this temporary world of life and death. As prescribed in the scripture of "Dharma" (righteousness); known as "Bhagawat Geeta". it's the conscience that enables a man to control desires and not necessarily desire should control behaviour of a person; like behaviour of a bird or an animal.
Thank you for a very good question.- One should know that our emotions and thoughts grow from food. There are three types of emotions--1. satvik 2--rajsik 3--tamsik. As soon you come to know the definition and result of these emotions, you can control your sexual desire up to some extent. Tamsik and rajsik food gives us sexual desire. Satvik food and fruits and dry fruits gives us spirituality and brahmachariyam.
Only human beings can have "excess" of this desire... and they go to any extent to fulfil this excessive desire/activity. Animals cannot do it beyond nature.
If excess is possible, then control also should be possible. Human beings eat far more than the body needs, and food that does not belong to human beings too. Then starving is also possible by choice!
Excessive talking is possible. So, silence is also possible. Excessive mental activity is possible(till they become mad!... then, a calm, peaceful mind is also possible.
The persons who control their senses and mind is called brahmacharis. This includes sexual desire also.
A very hard way to be BRAHMACHARI by concentrate seriously on YOGA,DHYANAM AND FULLY CONTROL OVER SELFISH DESIRES AND LUXRIES TO AVOID SEXUAL THINKINGS.
