Yup walk for half an hour each day and swim 20 laps in a 50m pool. Couple of days break in between. I don't enjoy the actual exercise but I enjoy how happy I feel afterwards.
whilst i'm having a crap day or i'm in basic terms disillusioned for no good reason, i like to bypass to the wellbeing midsection or swimming. So i might say confident. It releases hormones i do no longer comprehend the call of and makes you sense chuffed.

Some of my exercises I enjoy like my dog walking me, he is a Wiemaraner. And other exercise I don't, like cleaning house and doing yard work!!

I play tennis and i used to swim every week, I also walk everyday, it's not really for the exercise more because i like to be outdoors.

Yes i do, it depends on what kind of exercising it is. Overall i don't mind it.
