I KOed him in the dragon tower and I was wondering if you can find him somewhere else in the game after that. Or am I out of luck?
Gamefreak thankfully implanted a feature in platinum and all the pokemon games after it where if you defeat a legendary pokemon all you have to do is defeat the elite 4 again and they will respawn where they are normally found.
