Do you think Ciara is a nice name for a girl?
It's pronounced Kee-ra, and means dark. It's Irish.
I live in Ireland so people will not pronounce it See-ar-ah or however that singer says it.
What do you think of it as a name?

I like the name but prefer the Keira spelling. I would pronounce Ciara as Sierra if I didn't know how it was pronounced.

Ciara's a good name. I personally wouldn't use it due to it's popularity in my area but it's still lovely
Ciara is not my favourite name but it's not terrible. I think it should be a fine name for a little girl. I know someone that spells it like this 'Keara" and I do not like that way. I prefer Kiera.
I really like it but isn't Kee-ra spelled Keira?
I like how it sounds, however I'm not sure I would name my child anything meaning Dark. But thats just me
