ford granada 1996 estate?
on a ford granada 1996 estate,there is a chime sounder what sounds when the side lights are left on, when a door is opened the sounder is set off,where is the sounder situated in the car,

its in the fuse box...look for a relay with slot holes in it...thats the one..
door side of drivers foot well under the dash,as mentioned below make sure you bridge the wires if you want to silence it,as stupidly this can put the engine management light on! EEC V, don't you just love it!!At least its not the interior light/ABS thing, that's a real pain!!
removing it may cause other items in the car not to work, small electrical circuits such as the ones these are generally attached to usually have several other devices with them.
Word of warning lol dont even mention chimes around here rite!! FIH lol!!!
Under the dash..if you lay down and put your head under it you can find it pretty easy it will be vibrating.
