Are you trying to make a point Anthony? Could the point be that if gas prices are higher under Obama than under Bush then we should bring back someone like Bush to the White House? Do you really believe that US Presidents have anything substantial to do with the price of gas? Or could it just possibly have something to do with supply and demand? I know this is a radical idea but I think it is worth pursuing. And you might also want to check out the history of the oil futures market and the role of trader/speculators in the equation. Lastly, if the President could really do something substantial about prices at the pump, don't you think that President Obama (whom no one has ever accused of being stupid) would arrange to have these prices really low, especially now, about 60 days from the election? Wouldn't any idiot president do it just to get re-elected?
