im a skinny dude weighing in at about 155 and i want to make gains but not get fat being that its almost summer time.. what is my best option to gain lean muscle mass? regular whey protein, prom complex gainer or serious mass?
I would reccomend plaino whey powder and eating 500 more calories than maintnence. make sure to get the proteins in.
