Rhyno used that gimmick when he was starting out in the Detroit indy circuit in the early 90's.He later changed that to Rhino Richards when he formed the THUG Life stable with Edge and Christian in the Can-Am promotion.He was a jobber back then but still had the talent that got him signed up to ECW by Paul Heyman.

Yeah I remember Dr. Kill. Cool Gimmick, it worked well. He feuded a lot with the Sandman when he was Dr. Kill.
