Mass Effect 1 Shepard Transferred Into Mass Effect 2? ?

I've Finishes both games and transferred her before into ME2 but I've started ME1 again since I'd like to understand more of what's going on.

My question is:

If I transfer her into Mass Effect 2 could I still change her looks but would it still be the same Shepard with all the skills I've earned???

    You are talking about loading the saved ME1 character again after importing that save into ME2? It will have no effect on ME2 unless you start a new game and import that save again.
