Verify this email address?

I'm trying to make changes to my account (forward emails to another account).

In my Yahoo account I went to Mail, Setting, Accounts, Edit, ticked Forward, entered the email address and finally clicked Save. They said to check my email for a verify link.

They sent me the email with the link to click and verify supposedly, but in the email, although it says "simply click on the link below" or "you can verify your email address by copying and pasting (or typing) the following address into your browser", there is no "link below" or "following address" visable anywhere on the email. Instead, it is just a blank field in both areas. Can you help?
