Menstrual cramps but no period?
I've been having very subtle, minor aching in my lower abdomen where i normally get period cramps. My period is due in about a week and a half, is it normal to feel this as maybe a part of PMS or does it sound like it could be something else?
Update:According to my birth control i have 11 days until my period if that helps. I've never started PMS symptoms this early on but who knows

If it hurts, find an ice pack , or a heat pack.

I had cramps from approximately 3 weeks pregnant till approximately 12 weeks. I am assuming your durations are abnormal and that's why you have not taken a experiment but? 29 days is an terrible very long time to be overdue with out taking a being pregnant experiment or going to the medical professionals? Good success to you even though!!!
Could be PMS, could be constipation. Stating opinion, not making fun.
occasionally you just get cramps. i get random cramps no where near my period dates. sometimes it happens after sex. it could very well be from pms though.
