Serious boy dilemma...?
I started going to a restaurant in the mornings with my nan and i really like the boy that works there,hes close to my nan and apparently said to his dad that im his type of girl and went red everytime i came in with my nan, but he is really shy around girls and hasn't had a gf because of that, i am now working at this restaurant and we talk Alot but he seems to talk to me like a friend also a girl came in to ask for a job and all his mates who work with us raised their eyebrows and grinned at him as she walked in, he told them to be quiet, he knows i like him but we haven't discussed it because we are too shy with each other about it, and now I don't want to say anything in case he likes this girl and I get hurt, does he even like me?! 
he is 18 im 16 and this girls looks about 17,but he wasn't shy with her which makes me think they are close-or maybe he isn't shy because he doesn't like her?! confusion....help me please! xx

maybe its a girlfriend? but really, if you like the guy just act like a straight up pimp to him, really breaks the ice, and will turn him on which may let his instincts take over.
