is there a website where they are the fansubbers and are the first ones to upload the new episode of Zero no tsukaima because normally it woud take ppl to take 4-6 then upload onto a forum or streaming website

basically im trying to find a site like "Dattebayo" but that is for new bleach episodes where i am looking for Zero no tsukaima

or is there a official website for OSU! subs??
