Pay per sms text?

I currently own a business which is primarily phone based, and the customers pay a certain amount every time they call...

I want to expand to text messaging, where everytime someone sends a text to us they get charged a set amount to their monthly bill.

I see ads all the time on TV, mostly for adult chat but sometimes they say text "12345" for your horoscope or joke of the day etc.

How would one go about setting up a pay per SMS Text service like this?
