it seem like girls don't wear them in jeans shorts and yoga pants. it because i see there butt crack i think is risky to not wear underwear in skits and dresses .

They just wear g-strings or thongs
I do think some women do go commando with tight pants, dresses ect. But I believe the majority of them wear thongs and g-strings under their clothes. With those type of underwear it would appear they were not wearing none because they leave no panty lines.
Wearing short shorts, it's a little difficult to wear normal bikini panties, that's why women wear thongs and g-strings, and cheeky tangas-which offer a little more coverage than thongs. I practice yoga and pilates and I do wear underwear under my yoga pants, usually seamless panties, it looks like I'm not wearing underwear when I am. Women do the same when they wear tight pants.
Under tight dresses, spanx and seamless underwear does the same.
Just because you can't see bulging panty lines doesn't mean women aren't wearing any.
Not nearly enough though. Risky? What is to lose?
