My nano-chromatic is not responding?

My nano-chromatic isn't responding to anything but the shake function. Please don't say restart or restore it. I know how to do both and neither had did anything. So how do i fix it?

I'm not the only one on my itunes, my family also use it and they haven't encountered problems
