Natural Makeup Looks?
I'm going into the sixth grade, and I'm going to start wearing a little bit of makeup, (If you had read my last question, you'd know :P) But I'm totally clueless on HOW to do it. My mom is busy, my sister CAKES her face. And my dad... He's my DAD?!
Can someone tell me or "tutor" me on natural makeup looks. I'm not going to put on ever makeup known to woman. I just need to know HOW to apply makeup and whatnot.
Thanks for reading?

Since you're only in sixth, keep it *light*. Don't follow your clueless sister and *don't* listen to anything she tells you! You want to be *wiser* than her. ;D ;D
[PS.: I apologize in advance for the many ***'s. They're just there to emphasize words!]
I will tutor you on natural makeup looks ! ]
Step 1: Clean your face with water and a gentle wash.
Step 2: Moisturize your face. The moisturizer can be tinted to even out an uneven skin tone. One with a Sun Protection Factor (SPF) is recommended, you don't want your face to *peel* or anything! Concealer can help for bad break-outs.
Step 3: Curl your eyelashes using an eyelash curler. I know, it might look scary... but it makes *such* a difference! Your mom probably has one- I know mine does. Look up and clamp it down on your eyelashes. Squeeze down a couple of times. Then again, some girls don't even need it if their eyelashes are already very swept-up.
Step 4: Put on your favorite mascara. Make sure it doesn't clump and that the result is soft and natural. Wiggle the majority of product into the base of your lashes, then sweep the wand through. Do that until all your lashes are coated. You probably won't need a second coat.
Step 5: Apply lipgloss. It can be tinted or clear, ultra-glossy or sparkly, whatever floats your boat! The color can't be too dramatic, and the application shouldn't be globby or gross. To make your lips seem plumper, finish off by dotting some extra gloss onto the center of your lips.
Voilà! The perfect sweet and natural school look. You won't even, with correct application, realize you're wearing makeup. People will just think, "Oh, that's a pretty girl!" =]

1)wash face with cleanser and dry well
2)Face - first you should moisturize but this step also depends on your skin type (if it's very oily you can skip it)... you could also try a tinted moisturizer if you want to even your skin tone a bit - i wouldn't do a full face of foundation though
3) Lips- Get a good chapstick (i really like lip smackers naturals in honeydew melon). You could also play around with some lip gloss or some sheer color. Go to target or CVS and look for something you like.
4) Eyes- start with a really natural eyeshadow (like pink or tan) and use an eye shadow brush (or the little applicator that it comes with but i don't really like that) and cover your whole lid. Then take a light shimmery color ( i use "seashell" by maybelline-which is pink- but silver would work too) and use the makeup brush to put it in the inner corner of your eye and blend it out - keeping it mostly in the inner corner though and you don't need much. If you want you can take a darker brown eyeshadow and go right underneath your lower lash-line but again you don't want a lot just a little bit to bring out your eyes. Now you can do mascara. I'd try brown (blonde or red hair) or a brown-black (brown hair). I really like covergirl lash-blast volume and maybelline full n' soft. Take the applicator and swirl it around in the container and put it at the root of your lashes and just put it on.If there's some clumps take your finger and go underneath your lashes and just brush it out from the roots (if that makes sense) Oh and don't get waterproof because it'll dry you're lashes out more.
Now your done! Just make sure to wash it all off at night.
Note: You may want to try spot concealer on small blemishes/ change around the colors for eyeshadow (depending on eye color)

^ that video will help a lot. It'll give you a visual reference how to apply different types of makeup.
If you want, add or remove steps to your liking. The point of natural looking makeup is to use a little as possible and just enhance your features. If you want to use eyeliner, use a soft color like a medium toned brown or a soft black, not a super dark black. For lips, use tinted lip balm. Burt's Bees has the best kind, it's really good and cheap. If you want to use face makeup, I just recommend using concealer. Maybelline's Mineral Power concealer is useful for under your eyes, blemishes, or unwanted lines on your face. If you want to use mascara, then by all means, go for it! It really wakes up your eyes. Just apply 2 coats though, that's all.
So basically, all you should wear is eyeliner, mascara, lip balm, and concealer. Remember to wash your face twice a day to effectively get rid of the dirt, makeup, oil, and dead skin cells.
Hope this helped.
Don't bother with foundation if you're only in Sixth Grade, apply a thin layer of light brown eye-shadow onto lids, with a cream one under your eyebrows and under your eyes to add definition. Follow this with a thin line of brown eyeliner which should be thought of as an extension to your eye, the brown will give you a soft look rather than a harsh one. Finish with one or two coats of mascara.
*Note; If you suffer from dark circles under your eyes then a good concealer might be a smart investment, and likewise if you get shiny skin apply talcum powder with a blusher brush.
Just throw on a little peach blush, a coat of mascara and some chapstick. You willl look natural and your face will just be ENHANCED instead of COVERED by makeup. Stay away from cakey foundation that you don't need at this age, dark eyeliner, and lipstick.
For your age and if you want to wear makeup you should wear some mascara that you can get from any drugstore and MAYBE some face powder and lipgloss. But if you want to wear more makeup than this and want to learn how to apply it just search makeup for middle school on youtube.
Hmm. You didn't specify eye color...
For brown eyes, any color can work.
Blue eyes use browns/pinks/blacks
Green: Purple/brown
Try to avoid foundation, it's not very good for your skin.
As for eyeliner, very little black eyeliner in the water line works, not much is needed on the top.
Try to stick with natural brown colors, look up some natural tutorials on youtube.
