If your phone came with a usb cable it also came with the software to put on your computer, load it onto your pc and then when you plug your phone into your computer with the usb cable and turn them both on the computer will recognize it as another drive immediately.
Once it is recognized you can drag and drop from one to the other just like you would any other files on your computer.
ps. when you disconnect the usb cable don't forget to do it correctly with the little icon in your system tray that looks like a usb connector with a check mark. That needs to be used to safely remove any usb connection on a pc. If you don't use it and just unplug your usb cable you risk damaging the files.
