LMAO...we got another winner here! Why do you want to report them for? Is it because of them paying you out of the til? If so, then you knew that was against the law, but YOU decided to take it anyways. Since you are not on their payroll, what proof do you have that you even worked there? You are screwed!
one you worked off the books second how can you prove you were even there, second why didn't you take your pay from the till the second time
you know what you were doing when you took the job, don't complain because you got ripped off in an illegal transation because you are guilty of tax fraud and with how broke the country is they will prosecute you and don't forget it was the irs that had to put al c. away in the 30's
