Calais dock to cite europe?
I was thinking of going to france for my 16th birthday and i can get 2 dover and get to france but from Calais docks to Cite/City europe is the problem im going on my own with my mates so i cant take a car i cant take a bike either because of the cost, so i was wondering apart from walking, is there any public transportation? if so, can someone tell me or send a link to were i could find some, i have try-ed google but with no prevail.

From the ferry port to the railway station and the center of the city is a bus, both in Calais and in Dover.
When I used them, a few years back, it was 1 pound or €1.50, expect to pay 2 pound tops for the bus, likely less.
From Calais ville railway station there is a good connection to several cities in the area and to Paris.
The station Calais Frethun is much farther away from the city and the docks and I do not know whether there is a bus to that station.

Have you thought of a short coach trip? Nothing at Calais to see really but it is near the docks and in walking distance of shops etc.
