To become a Pro ATV racer you need to know how to pay attention. Paying attention starts with knowing were you are, so re-ask in the MOTORcycle or an other Q&A section that deals with gas powered devices.
Edit: after reading Mtrl..'s post I'll put this out there. Racing any type to get started attend a few and get to know a few racers. Ask them about entry fee's, class' and required equipment, get a rule book (sometimes it's just a few sheets of paper). Now prepare to enter a race, enter in the beginner class then as your skills develop move up. Once you get real good then look for sponsor help (normally they will find you if you have the talent).
As the others have stated, it would be better if you asked your question in the right area. Very few people who ride bicycles know much about ATV's or racing them
