Unbelievable at the age of 9, though 28 is the smallest size of a bra. If this is starting phase thenD cup is doubtfull. 28A,B are OK, C is difficult D is doubtfull. Check back the bra you have for it's tag/lable. All bands will not have all cups even if you wish. 28ABCDEFGHIJKLM or 48/50 ABCDEFGHIJKLM all are not made by bra mkkers. It will not be economically viable to make and sale all bras. Non moving items will be more.
