Help to develop a communication system..?
hie all gurus..
i wanted to develop an application programs which consist of 3 main important part:
a. it can communicate from a wifi enabled pda to a wifi enabled computer via voip or any other simplest method.
b. it can transfer a picture from a pda to computer.
c. the pda and the phone is connected via ad-hoc.
+ if possible with encryption of data to enhance security..
So, is it possible to program with vb.net? what else should i need to know? what language should i master?
it would be grateful if any of you can guide me on this.. thanks a lot..
btw, i have basic to intermediate knowledge of java, c, c++ and vb..
