You can get it by descent but at last check, it had to be filed in Belize. You need her Belizean passport and/or Belizean birth certificate to prove descent. Query the Belizean embassy if you're not able to find the form online. You'll need her documents, your birth certificate, 4 passport pics, and the completed form notarized by a JP. That's just to get the certificate of naturalization. You'll need the certificate, pix & passport form to get the passport. You should call the high commission in london to see if there may be conflict with your Brit citizenship.
