04' Monte Carlo SS does NOT blow any hot air..?
I have a 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo SS (non-supercharged) 3.8L. It is simply not blowing in any hot air. When I have heat on the hottest setting it feels like its exactly in the middle between hot and cold. The engine temp gauge fluctuates between 175- 195 degrees and it has a 195 degree thermostat in there that I got from NAPA auto. When I first turn the air on with a slightly low blower speed it feels a little bit warmer but once I increase the fan speed its almost cold.
Shouldnt It be blowing in air that feels warm if the thermostat is between 175 and 195 degrees. Im worried it could be the heater core?
Recently I replaced the water pump, flushed the coolant system and put in one of these Napa thermostats.
Any input would be appreciated.
thanks

I rarely see people who claim they flush the cooling system that have done it right. You need to flush the heater core to make sure it's clear. If it has hot coolant circulating, the blend door in your vents is leaking or not working.

Sounds to me like you may have a clogged heater core.
To flush your heater heater core, refer to the videos below:
Either above is correct, your heater core is restricted or you didnt get the air pocket out of the system. There should be 2 bleeder screws on that engine
after you refilled the radiator and overflow tank did you take the cap back off the radiator and make sure it is still full? Most of the time when you drain and refill the radiator and drive it awhile there is a air pocket. Also did you replace the radiator cap? It is important to replace it.
