Can I register my visa prepaid card to my address?
I want to buy something from ebay. So can i pay for the item using a visa prepaid card? Does Paypal requires that a visa prepaid card to be register to my address or is it only a gift card?

Technically you cannot use a prepaid card. You can register the card - look at the back, there should be a website to register the card so you can use it on the Internet for purchases. When you buy something, merchants use AVS - address verification service - to help prevent chargebacks. Although archaic, merchant providers can charge the merchant for the transaction
The reason Paypal does not like prepaid cards, is because most of them are not reloadable. So when you enter that card, it cost Paypal money to do this. They have some unwritten guidelines that you can only change / update your cards an XX number of times a 3-6 months. This prevents people from getting too many gift cards and using them.
You can't use prepaid credit cards on Paypal.
