Once you have connected the BB via the USB, try and force it into Mass Storeage Mode, then the folder should be available under BB device on "my computer"
there are 2 ways to go about it. cheap or expensive. cheap. install and get a usb 2.0/usb3.0 adapter cable and hope it works... or get an external hard drive which is highly recomended............ it should be no less then 1terrobite. only 100 at best buy. but you should spend a little extra and get the one with both usb ports. throw all pics. movies. any transferable media onto it. then install you disk onto the external hdd. and everything should be ok. plus your external hdd is portable and will free up disk space on your comps hdd to run programs. i wish i could help more but that is where you have to do some homework.
Have you tried accessing it through my computer? I have a blackberry pearl and when i want to put photos on it, i go on my computer click on blackberry and then find the folder saying photos, simply open that folder and copy and paste photos in there or drag, just like you would on your computer photos!
Lady,stop messing about,get yourself a s/d micro memory card,4gb will do it,loads of photo's
can be stored, loads of tunes/albums etc..Then when you go for it again, and it asks about
mass storage, click yes on your phone....job done....
