natural appetite suppressants?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone new of any natural appetite suppressants, like lets say eating a certian food will put you off eating or whether their are certian vitamins that you can take in tablets that make you feel you need to eat less, I don't want to take perscribed appetite suppressants because I'm not over wieght or anything and am just aiming to eat a little less of the unhealthy foods I currently eat.   • if you eat a lot of high sodium or sugar your body thinks its dependent and you crave it more almost like a drug so u will just have to bit the bullet and and not eat them. caffeine is a natural diet suppressant and so are cigarettes altho if you dont smoke i wouldnt start. Coffee is a great way to start your day and it fills you up. they have low cal creamers.

    if i drink a diet coke before i eat i usually am pretty fulll already from the carbination but, drinking water is best. a lot of times when your hungry its just because your thirsty and ur body is tryin to convince you to eat something high in hydrogen.

  • If you crave sweets that means your body needs protein, drink some protein mix or eat some meat and cheese or drink milk and you won't want the sweets. I simply do not buy unhealthy foods, I go to the meat and milk aisles the frozen and fruit and vegetable aisles and leave the store. If I want a candy bar real bad I go to the store and buy one, but lately I have not been wanting any anyways! As long as you eat healthy food you should not gain weight.

  • Your body only feels hungry when it needs nutrients (eg minerals) that is why vitamins can sometimes suppress hunger, water is key though, drink lots of water, it won't hurt you (That is what I believe, others will tell you otherwise) your body is 80% water, ever maybe hint on the fact that you should drink lots of it?

  • You maybe pleased to here this. CHOCOLATE! But not a bar of chocolate. Pure refined cocoa. And drink it as a part of a balanced diet with skimmed milk. Real cocoa is an acquired taste and do not be tempted to add to much sugar. It is especially good at night, but please drink it in moderation, there really is no substitute for exercise, variety of foods and do drink water!

  • Drink a large glass of water before every meal

    If you feel hungry during the day, sip on water

  • Strawberries are healthy and they help to make to fill full.

  • eat your own waste, you'll lose your appetite
