How do I transfer photos from iPad to computer?

I have an iPad 2 32gb and I have 15,636 photos,how do I transfer all these photos from my iPad to computer?

    Using Itunes connect your ipad then select to back up images to PC. There are other applications out there that are very good. Go to downloads.com & check them out.

    Get iTunes and plug your iPad to your PC/Mac with the charger cable. Then select your device's name from the left menu and choose the option that allows you to import photos!
