Bug paranoia?
Ever since I went to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where many bugs live, I've been experiencing bug paranoia. In Puerto Rico, there is tons and tons of bugs, like moths, spiders, ants. Ever since I went there, I've been having creepy crawlies, itchy skin, and little pinches on my back. Can you give me advice to overcome it?

I grew up in a rural area near a river, a place I call bug central. Ridding these critters was just not possible, so it was a matter of getting familiar with them and living with them.
Yep, they can often be a nuisance, especially the biters, but really not significant.
There are many 'good' bugs like ladybugs, butterflies, and mantis, that you could even come to like.
I even like spiders because they are different than most bugs, and even eat many of those pest bugs.
Except for black widow spiders, there is nothing that can really harm you, and you don't have to have anxieties with these critters, other than some like flies and mosquitoes can be a nuisance.
