Kopi Luwak is real. It's made by picking up the undigested coffee left in the droppings of Civets. Since they only eat the ripe berries, but eat whatever coffee is growing there (Coffea liberica, arabica, robust, etc) the taste isn't consistent from batch to batch.

However, the coffee is over rated just because of the 'process'...it's still just Robusta coffee beans..
