Do pimples scab yellow?
I have this "pimple" right above my lip and i popped it a few days ago, and it just bled for awhile. This morning i woke up and i noticed it crusted over with a yellow scab. I did not feel any tingling before it formed but im just worried it might be a cold sore...

Do you suffer with Herpes Simplex? if so you should get your regular medication...
Spot will scab over also carry yellow pus when infected, when popped it will continue to seep fluid serum to help it form a scab to prevent further bacteria creeping in. "Serum" is a Latin word that refers to the "whey", the watery liquid that separates from the curds in the process of cheesemaking.
I suggest you use a Q tip and some TTO Teatree Oil (1 neat drop ) dab over the infected area..don't touch or squeeze with fingers will only make it worse. This will subside in a few days will kill herpes as well

I have this problem all the time! Acne sucks. It might sound crazy but sometimes with a big pimple I put a small dab of toothpaste on it to dry for a few hours or overnight. It's not one of the pretty beauty treatments! And It will sting just a bit. If you don't like this idea, use a mask specifically to treat acne, and your face will feel so smooth after.
