How do I block a contact?

I only see the remove contact option. I don't want to remove anybody until I find the one who is trolling me. mwa ha ha

And is it the same blocking a fan and blocking a contact in this case of trolling?

i think you gotta remove them first, then you go back to the contact, and it should have the blocking option
