Are you directing this to any specific group of transsexuals? MtF or FtM? I'm FtM and I don't make it a priority but sometimes a man just has needs. You know how it is.
I'm not personally transsexual, but all transsexuals I know (admittedly not too many) do masturbate. I imagine it's just like masturbation for anyone else, although one person in particular imagines they have the opposite sex's genitals while doing it.

I do. The body I fantasise that I have while I'm doing it is not the same as the body I actually do have.
that's an interesting question. I'm curious, can post-ops feel sexual gratification? I honestly am just unaware.
