Gigabyte Z77-DS3H LGA1155 vs asrock P67 pro?

I am builiding a new system but i am having trouble choosing between these mobos Gigabyte Z77-DS3H LGA1155 and Asrock p67 pro (same price) Gigabyte supports xfire x4 mode but i am not planing to buy another gpu. Here are parts that i already bought :

i5-2500k

EAH 6850 directcu

Kingston hyperx (2x2) 4 GB 1600

Cooler Master xtreme power 500 (had it from old C2D system, i hope dont need a better one).

    Get the Z77 board, it offers better performance and features over the P67 chipset boards.

    I would choose the gigabyte because of the 3d interface and is a well known brand.
