Easy dessert recipe for a school project?

I need an easy recipe for something sweet for a school project.

  • I know this sounds kinda lame, but it's pretty good and as easy as it gets. Take prepackaged crescent roll dough (usually in cans and cut in triangles) and lay out all the triangles. Place a teaspoon-tbsp of jelly or jam on each triangle, towards the right edge. Fold in half and use a fork to mash the edges together (use some water if needed). Bake as directed, checking about 2/3 of the way through to make sure they are cooking evenly.

    If the crescent rolls are too large, which they may well be, then cut them in half for twice as many!

  • This is the easiest recipe and it's so good. Don't use the reduced fat products or it doesn't turn out as well.

    You need:

    1 box of crushed Ritz crackers

    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk

    1 package of Skor bits (save a small handful to sprinkle on top)

    Mix it all together in a large bowl and press into the bottom of a greased pan (like a lasagna pan). Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Drizzle with melted chocolate and cut into squares after it's cooled.

  • Lemon Bars

    Combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Firmly press mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour and baking powder in a small bowl; stir well. Combine eggs, 2 cups sugar and lemon juice in a large bowl; stir in flour mixture. Pour over prepared crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until set and lightly browned.

    I got this off of a free download software that will actualy print the grocery list for you. Here's the link to use in the future. http://wells026.getadeal.us/offer/ez-recipes-free-...

  • Instructions to Brownies:

    * 1/2 cup Lucerne Sweet Cream Butter

    * 1 (12 ounce) package Safeway SELECT Indulgence Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

    * Cooking oil spray

    * 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

    * 1 teaspoon vanilla

    * 1 Safeway SELECT Organic Large Egg

    * 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    * 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

    1. In a 2- to 3-quart pan, combine butter and 1 cup of the chocolate chips. Place over low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted, 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, coat a 9- by 13-inch baking pan with cooking oil spray, then set it aside. Remove chocolate mixture from heat and stir until it is smooth.

    2. To chocolate mixture in pan, add condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Add egg and beat until mixture is smooth. Stir in flour, then mix in walnuts and remaining chocolate chips just until combined. Spread mixture in prepared baking pan.

    3. Bake in a 350 degrees F oven until top feels firm when pressed lightly and a pick inserted in center comes out with a few moist crumbs, 20 to 25 minutes.

    4. Place pan on a rack and let stand until barely warm to touch, about 30 minutes. Cut into bars and serve warm or at room temperature.
