Natural remedies for pimples?

Well I'm entering puberty and I have a lot of pimples on my forehead, some on my face and one big pimple that looks like it's going to pop on my chin. I'm planning to go see a dermatologist soon but I don't want to use any chemicals. Does anyone know of a natural remedy that can help get rid of pimples or at least lessen the amount of pimples?
