How to do pull ups easily?

My school is having a NAFFA test soon, and im really bad at pull ups,.. i dont want to embarrassed myself there. I dont even noe the basics of pull up, like the position you're supposed to be in before u start pulling up. Can anybody help with these problems?

I've got NAFFA for alot of times but everytime when i have pull up , i dont noe where to lie, above the pole or below. And i can't do pull ups... can anybody h=give me a more detailed way to do push up easily.. cause my naffa test is next week..

  • You'll have to do loads of push ups before you can do pull ups easily ;)

  • What I do is use momentum, like jump up to the bar, and immiediatly start your pull ups, never go completely down because it's to hard to go back up

  • Lie flat on the floor or ground, then feel your stomach muscles. The primary pressure would be on your neck and shoulder muscles then followed by your torso muscles. Practice by holding on to your side (thighs) first. If you have the feel, stop holding on to your thighs.
