BFG 9800 GT 1GB DDR3 crysis FPS problem?

I have a BFG 9800 GT 1GB DDR3 low power card it's not a low profile card

power requirement is 400w

my pc specs are

Intel (r) pentium (R) D 2.80GHZ

2.00Gb ram

windows 7 ulitmate 64bit

and 500W power supply

I'm unable to run crysis on high settings like at some parts it'll run crysis on 28+ frames but the FPS die allot of time goes to 21-

even on medium the FPS are low plz help

  • Make sure you have all the windows updates and proper drivers for the video card and motherboard. If not, download newer ones from the Nvidia website and/or Motherboard manufacturer. What kind of processor are you running? That and the RAM will also affect how well the game plays on your system. You might also want to think about upgrading the RAM from 2GB and going up to 3 or 4GB since you're running Windows 7 Ultimate.

  • Your card is fine, your CPU is just not enough, sides crysis is just hell on the any system.....

  • You have a low-end gaming graphics cad and a low-end CPU. What do you expect?

  • your processor is bottle necking your gpu
