2000 saturn sl 4 cilinder A/C compressor is not engaging.?
the wire that goes to compressor has not volts
the connector that is closed to battery on the ac line with two wires( green and light green) has no power.
the 15A HVAC fuse in the box inside the car does have power
the other AC fuses 10A and realey in the fuse box under the hood seem to be ok and have power
can any body tell me what what should I check next?

Check the system pressures. There are high and low pressure switches that turn the system off to prevent damage if the pressures are wrong. It's possible switches might be bad and the pressures are OK.
Sure, check the address of a certified AC technician and take the car to him. You shouldn't mess with AC, it's not user friendly.
