Sippdeal vs iWeb brokerage companies?

I am looking for a CHEAP online brokerage company that allows me to trade equities listed in the UK stock market & US.

Out of the two (Sippdeal & iWeb) that I figured are the best currently available - which one do you recommend and why?

Note: I currently live in the UK.
