Do you consider my vagina normal? Help?

So when I look up a normal vagina on google, the color is even and there aren't any bumps or anything. I don't have any large bumps, but near and around the clitorous I have tiny goosebump-like bumps. My skin around that area is also a little bluish. Not skin-colored.

It itches sometimes and has discharge but as far as I know that is normal.

I just looked at it through a hand-mirror and it only has vein-ish looks as far as the blue goes, but can I prevent that?

1 more thing- I guess the bumps aren't really noticable but they still kinda bug me.

Please help and don't be immature about this? Thanx

  • Assuming you don't have any STDs and based on your description, those are probably your sweat or sebaceous glands. It's quite normal to have some minor bumpiness. Likewise, a faint bluish tinge is not uncommon... it's like how the veins in your wrists look blue because the skin there is so thin. Most white women have mauvey-purple vaginal structures rather than skin-colored.

There's not a whole lot you can do about either. But keep in mind that there is no such thing as a normal vulva: there is a normal *range* and it is HUGE. Assuming you don't go into porn, fairly few people will ever see your vulva, and they will be happy about it rather than holding up paint chips and saying "No, no, this is far too bluish."
